Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, must be handled by HYF Football & Cheer directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).

Registration Refunds:
We have a strict no refund policy which you are required to acknowledge during the registration process. Please make sure your child wants to play before signing up. Costs are incurred, money allocated, and budgeted based on every player who signs up. Since we are a non-profit organization money is tightly budgeted based on the number of players signed up.

Store Refunds:

All sales are final.

IMPORTANT: Orders will not be shipped to your address. They will be available for pick-up at our bin at the next HYF event. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order.
